Meadow farming - Camargue mare's milk

Elevage des Prairies is a small family breeding operation, with 14 Purebred Camargue mares, registered in the stud book of the Association des Eleveurs de Chevaux de Race Camargue. From there, a great relationship of complicity was created. And since the foals have reached a sufficient age, milking is carried out regularly (not necessarily every day), and is organised according to the demand for the products.
